much needed extra pennies since the council c*cked up and lost one of my rent payments - how £437 can just disappear I dont know :eek:! and stupidly I paid it in the offices and didnt keep the receipt from May to prove it so I have no record of payment now! although thankfully they found the June and July payments as they were paid on Cards!

I would suggest that they look in the same suspense account that they found June & July payments in. They should have a difference.

Not much flying today :( Had art this morning, followed by a club lunch. DH came home early and walked the dog. He has also cut the grass, emptied the DW and cooked dinner. :T

I need to put on some washing, so I can hang it out first thing. I need to be a bit more proactive tomorrow :o

    Oh - forgot to say.....
I got a distinction in my last assignment, so overall I have 72% (which I think is also a distinction :j) So that is a level 4 in the bag :D

Well done GI! Good for you.

Well I don't feel like I've stopped today. Tots out in garden early, whilst I did dailies. Then we went shopping for DS new nursery trousers. They are huge. I measured the 2-3 and they are 53cm from waist to hem. The 3-4 are 64cm! What's a boy to do if he's half way in between? So, I've stuck the tape measure in my bag, and I will just keep looking. Doesn't help that he's got a skinny bottom, so he needs 2-3 for waist. I think that's half the problem, the next size slips down more, compounding the length issue...

Anyway, then I put the trampoline together, so they've been playing all afternoon. Stepdad built me a new shed door, and fitted that, and I cooked tea, which we ate in the garden!

Then I have bathed tots and done the bedtime routine, then stained shed door, and finally had a shower, and here I am.

Probably out most of tomorrow too, at least the house can't get dirty...

Well done Good Intentions. Found out today the DD has passed her final year, can't wait till her graduation day. I would have found out yesterday but didn't see the text till today as I'd put my mobile phone in a cupboard, maybe taking flying a bit too far!

    Today I have:

Kicked myself for feeding the dogs my left over pork chops last night (as I forgot they'd been marinating in a cocoa and coffee concoction). Littly was sick, but all are ok now, but still kicking myself.

Taken the dogs for 2 very long walks
Got 2 lots of washing done, dried, put away (well as far as the ironing basket)
    Done the weekly shop
Stripped our bed and put fresh on
Mowed back and front and some other bits and pieces in the garden
    Bathed littly dog
Spent two hours sorting out phone/broadband wiring after we lost connection. How is it that wires get so tangled when they're never moved?

Anyway, I am just about to watch a bit of telly, will catch up on Primeval, then off to bed.

    Catch you all tomorrow.
Spend less now, work less later.

    Evening all

Looks like lots of busy flyladies about.

GI well done on you exam and to yoru DD Jazee

Bossymoo have you tried the trousers with adjustable waists? DS3 always has school trousers from ASDA as they seem a bit narrower. BHS used to do lots of different fittings. I had Sainsbury ones for a while with DS2 who was very skinny, shop around.

    Covers back on the sofa
    Garden tidying just about done
    Laundry put away
    DW just finished
    WM about to be reloaded
    DS3 has tidied his room
Kitchen all tidied and clean for the night.

Need to move some money and then off to start verucca summer of extermination - duct tape to the ready!

Thanks I will have a shop around, just need to be careful on price. Can't really afford four pairs at £10 each when all he does is wear holes in the knees within a month...
He has some nice Asda ones, we like the ones with a knitted waist, but even they are big although they do fit him on the leg...
So that is my mission. Find him some kecks! Lol.

Bossymoo can he still wear any he likes, it's not uniform is it? I was pointing you in the direction of grey school troussers which would probably be much cheaper but not sure they go that small.
