Tidied all of the side shed, recycled some junk and got the swingball out to entertain DS2&3 for a while.

Just going to have a cuppa and then I want to sweep up the patio area and get rid of any stuff which shouldn't be there then it will be all lovely to sit out when summer arrives tomorrow!

Hopefully I'll be able to settle to the gardening jobs once it is tidy out there.

    Evening all :D

DD has discovered she can get in the kitchen in the wheelchair & put washing in an out of the machines ;) Thats another job added to the list :rotfl: She's currently sat at the diningtable doing a 1000 piece jigsaw and is lovely and quiet.

Been a bit busy today. Decided to get the PC out for DD to play a game on and decided to clean the fan...an hour later and the PC is not working as one of the fans (NOT one I touched :p) is not working so question posted on the techie board here and I await a response. I'm not scared of fixing the PC myself now unlike a few years ago when I would have gone crying to ex for him to fix it or even bought a new one :D

I've been out to work, DD has been out to the cinema with ex to see the Lorax and came back bouncing. So tomorrow, if she's feeling up to it, I'll take her for a walk on her crutches. She's not gone very far on them yet but I'm sure if theres a promise of chocolate for making it to the local shop she'll find a way ;)

Hi there. I've only had a chance for a quick read through - and it looks like a lot of you have been busy - REALLY busy for Pigpen by the sound of it - another bright, shiny kitchen like Sammy's!

We had a super afternoon out yesterday, long walk and lunch outside by the canal, came back and walked next doors dogs again, and just had fresh pasta and tomato/cheese sauce last night, quick and yummy, and not much flying done.

Have made up for it today and after the usual round of breakfasts for cat, birds and us (the baby blackbirds were waiting for me this morning, bless), I had a mad half hour, tidying, S&S bathroom and kitchen, put away towels dried from yesterday, cleaned kitchen floor, aired and made bed, then took sick friend I've been helping to docs, had quick bite in local cafe with him, got his shopping, got him home, then cleaned his flat for him! Does flying for someone else count?

That took 5 hours in all, then went and got bit more fresh stuff for us and came home! Had big cuppa and some nuts, then we are going to take next doors dogs again (neighbour not well at mo). OH is going to make an omelette tonight, to have with salad, as I'm not doing it!!!

It's nice to see some sun at last! Warm vibes to everyone, especially to anyone feeling poorly or low, and 'keep firm' vibes to Vanilla - I do hope you are ok, you sound as if you are busy - and determined.

Off to get those dogs, bye for now. X

OH and DS1 are 'playing' in the garden.. the brown bin is over flowing the bush is still wild and woolly and the grass is still a foot high... I only asked them to wiggle a stick down the drain because Squeak was playing in the stinky water.

    DW done
    dinner done
    WM x1000
    3 loads dried and folded
    TD on 2nd load

Kitchen still cluttered but it is clean and usable..

3 more baskets of laundry found!!!

I've had a lovely time flinging today!

DD2 tidied her room too.. she was not allowed out until it was done.. so it took her about 5 minutes!

    Evening all

Well I have had a somewhat productive day today

In Hollys bedroom is a mountain of clothes that I put into her inflatable princess carriage ball pit - it got to the point the ball pit had collapsed to one side under the weight of it all so that was my hotspot for today - now all put in piles and put in the right bedrooms.

So I need to finish her bedroom tomorrow as I was called away to go and help my mother in law.

Then came home, had lunch and decided to attack my bedroom.

I currently have 2 black bags of stuff to bin, 3 black bags of clothes and 1 of washing as well as an old wooden draw (from what I dont know) and a broken under bed storage box but it is now immaculate

Got all excited to go and hoover it, and when I went to put a new bag in the hoover realised I have gotten the wrong ones! I got one with a port on top but I need it with the inlet port on the end! Doh - wish there was a way to squeeze it in!

So anyway my goal for tomorrow is get my morning routine done and finish hollys bedroom.

I work from 3pm until 10pm tomorrow so I will get that done and possibly clear the stairs.
I also have a list of things to put on gumtree, ebay, amazon, freecycle etc so will get those listed as well as I'm sure its free listing this weekend.

Also need to plan somehow to take a computer chair over to my mother in laws house - its far enough I could wheel it I guess and it will take me about 10 minutes
Also Owen is blowing up an air bed as our mattress is well and truely knackered and he cant sleep on our mattress - what's the betting I wont be able to sleep on the airbed?
I have Ben's old cot bed too in his bedroom taking up space so that needs to go as well
Then at least my house is being de-junked nicely too

AM I RIGHT IN THINKING TOMORROW A NEW THREAD STARTS AND A NEW WEEKLY ROTA IS PUT UP??? DO WE HAVE TO STICK TO THE ONE ON THE MAIN PAGE OR CAN WE ADAPT IT FOR OURSELVES?
    Time to find me again

Sammy - Dusty will start a new list tomorrow. You can do as much or as little as you want or adapt it to suit yourself - it's just there for guidance and to give people a push.

Been to Buxton so not done a lot today at all.

Hi again, a quick post, then our eve meal. OH is just finishing the omelette, and it smells divine! He's good at these - puts bits of mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes etc in and they come out really tasty - and - it uses up bits of food that are left from the last shop (a sad bit of celery, couple of extra new potatoes from 2 days go) - very MSE!

Well, I'm pleased with myself! We took doggies 40 mins walk, and instead of sitting down on my b@m, I've finished the ironing whilst said omelette is being prepared! Smug or what!

Well, just had the call that tea's ready so off I go! Good flying to everybody and good vibes for a peaceful Sat night. See you tomorrow, x.
