It is our dog's birthday today (he is 3!) so we have put 'bone' on the shopping list :p
Happy Wuffday to GI's Dog. :D

Quiche assembled (this is dins for tomorrow and Tuesday); and Mr LW has hoovered, done the weekly check over of the car, cleaned the compost caddy that lives on the draining board, and cut the grass. The last after I'd been on poo patrol, though.;)

Ted has eaten some biscuits, poo'd twice, and chased a bee (I had to yell at him I'm afraid, but I really don't want him getting stung).

I still have too many weekend tasks wanting doing, and zero spoons left.:(

Whatever else fails, Mr LW must check that he knows his route to Reading, for his course tomorrow. He'll be aiming to leave here at 06:00, to allow plenty of time for traffic and getting lost.;)

As you ladies have been so supportive over the last few weeks, I thought I'd share the less obvious positives of DH no longer drinking alcohol:

He can recall conversations we have in the evening
No longer falls asleep in the chair
Doesn't snore any more (this is the best one)

:j:jGreat news and I also have some fantastic news

    Ed update

    Ed is making progress :j:j

He in the last couple of days has started to speak, can count, remember who the PM is and the name of his first goldfish :T

I also believe that he has stood up.

Hoping to get some more info but this is such wonderful news that I wanted to share it with you as lots of you have been so kind to remember him over the past long 6 months - thanks you.

Flying - check sofa covers in the wash
    Back lawn cut

Aim for today is to maintain the kitchen
    Hoover LR and dust
    Clean shower room

Just going to have a cuppa and then do that before my next spell in the garden - think I'll get back garden jobs done today too.

thanks for the update Dusty. that's brilliant news :D

I have been to Mr A's and spent too much - again :o
Lunch has been eaten. I feel shattered now. I think I will finish my cuppa, then get some washing in. I then need to decide what to do next. I need to feel I have achieved something by the end of the day.

DS didn't take the dog out :( And he is in a semi-horizontal position playing on the Wii  I suppose I need to do that now - so much for achieving something!
DD2 has been sorting clothes in her room, so at least she has done something.

I need to get busy (or have a nap :o I haven't decided yet :p)
