Next-door selling with ongoing dispute.

The house next door to my house i rent out is about to put their house on the market.
There is a long ongoing dispute with them over ownership of a fence.
(long story, police involved)
I am 99.9% sure they will not declare this on the sellers form (as I have pointed out that their house is virtually unsellable in letters in the past) and I would hate for a buyer to find out after purchase.
Other than writing to him reminding them of the fact, or telling agent, what else is possible?

Put a large sign in your window saying 'I am having a fight with my neighbour about a fence'0

Did think of that but don't want to involve the tenant!0

Life, really is too short as they have probably realised and now want to move on.0

Well are you going to make it a massive problem?
I don't know a lot about fences, don't get me wrong, but I cannot imagine how a dispute over who owns a fence could lead to police being called unless someone was setting fire to it...0 -
No but thinking of the poor new owners!0

Maybe the new owners won't be interesting in getting into a dispute with you about a fence.0

Be honest.
Are you or are you hoping that you will force the issue with them?0 -
Write a letter to the seller's agent, advising that any new buyer should be advised of XYZ. Keep a copy to hand to the new owners should they not already be awareHi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
