Lovely picture FS, you're very talented.

Had another go today and re-did the painting I wasn't so happy with. The results are below - the top one is a Broken-belted Bumblebee and the bottom a Heath Bumblebee. Want to work a bit more on the wings but am getting happier with each one I try. Thank you for all your kind comments. I've got a long way to go but who could fail with all this encouragement
Am definitely going to put these up on the wall now.
Spent this morning arranging diaries, replying to invites and reviewing the alarm specification and quotes.
Went over to across-the-lane neighbour for supper tonight - Roast Pork. It was a thank you for Mr F servicing their car and very nice it was too. We took a contribution of a couple of bottles of wine, a Garlic and Mashed Potato Bake and a Banoffee Mess. Didn't stay too long as they were recovering from a wild night out and it is a school night after all.
What do you think of the new Dr then? I quite like him.
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend
