I re-joined B00ts Diets today. The weight has started to creep back on - only 3lbs, but it's a slippery slope. I'd also like to try to get down a bit further this time. I was overjoyed at dropping a dress size last time but I could have done with losing another 7lbs really. £13.99 for three months which should be enough time to lose 10lbs if I'm good. I'm way past a bikini body at my age but it would be nice if my holiday clothes had a bit of room in them for a change :rotfl:I did try the Fitness Pal app but didn't get on with it as well so I'm back with B00ts as that worked for me last time. I even had enough calories left today for one of the last Red Velvet Cupcakes :T
MS:- went to Step this morning. That gives me double the exercise calories I need for the day
- got a letter from the mortgage company reducing my monthly payment due to the OPs I've made - £2.70 less now than when I started and I've added that amount to my regular overpayment
- Pea & Spinach soup for lunch
- Thai Prawn, Ginger & Spring Onion Stir Fry from the meal plan for supper tonight

Went out with the girls last night as a last hurrah before my friend goes in for a cancer op and has to stop drinking. I'd intended to drive to keep costs and calories down, however, across-the-lane neighbour beat me to it. The results were £20 down, 192 calories over and the mother of all hangovers this morning. I've done nothing all day so not much MS to report:
- did the Waitr0$£ shop yesterday. Think I'm going to be over budget this week. The bill has gone up because I'm meal planning my lunches now and also because I need to eat more fruit and veg to meet my 5 a day on the diet
- Salmon & Coriander Dahl from the meal plan for supper last night. I made this last week but put half in the freezer
- missed Zumba this morning due to the hangover from hell
- liberated £1.50 from Mr F's change dish so Mr Marmite has been well fed today
- Muffins topped with Tuna & Cheese for lunch today. Forgot to add tomatos and red onion though so not at all healthy
- Couscous with Chorizo and Chickpeas from the meal plan for supper tonight
Can't believe we're half way through the week already.

Yum, I love muffins. I had toasted granary bread with tuna, reduced fat cheddar cheese & red onion melted on top the other day. I used to buy wholemeal muffins from Mr T for my kids when they were younger (to make pizza muffins) so will have to look out for them again, thanks for reminding me about them'A watched potato will never chit'...0
