The winter duvet is on! We have an all seasons duvet - two that you can put together. We've had the Spring/Autumn Tog one on since March as it didn't get warm enough this year for the Summer one. Both are now in place ready for the cold snap.
Further MS today:- had a text from the oil company to say they are delivering tomorrow
- Mr F is home so Cheese Board Pasta Bake from the meal plan for dinner tonight. Plenty left over for another meal
- researched prices on Fleabay for the automatic pop hole we have on the chicken coop - might get £50 for it
- ordered two fleece pyjama tops from Mark$. Buy one get one half price. Don't want any further embarassing breakfast mishaps do we :rotfl:
Hope it's cosy and warm where you are.

The heating came on automatically for the first time yesterday so the cold snap is officially here. My winter preparations are all in place now - just need the fleece pyjama tops to arrrive.
We're off to Poole after lunch for the surprise 50th so I'll have to remember to take my hot water bottle. Not sure Pr£mi£r Inn supply them :rotfl:
MS activity for today:- raided Mr F's change and fed the princely sum of 6p to Mr Marmite
- tidied up the a/cs - 39p to the savings
- the remains of the Cheeseboard Pasta Bake for lunch today to save me from having to cook before we leave. Also, having a bigger meal at lunchtime means we can take a packed supper with us and save money at the hotel
- Waitr0$£ delivered - an hour late! It's the first time they've been delayed though and they did call to let me know. £22.19 under budget but some of that is because they couldn't supply some items. I'll need to get some of these separately because they're needed for meal plan recipes
- the oil company called to reschedule delivery for Monday - we've plenty to keep us going until then
- home manicure completed and home moustache bleaching planned for later
- 3 D£b£nham$ deliveries of Christmas presents arrived yesterday
Have a good weekend and I hope you stay warm and snow free.

Back from Poole and a fab time was had... and a very expensive time too
Started out well. We had our leftovers lunch before we left and I made sandwiches for supper. Even remembered to stop on the way and pick up some granola yoghurt pots and pain au chocolat for this morning's breakfast.
We got to the hotel in good time and met up with some other peeps who were also staying over. Shared a taxi - the other couple paid so we bought the first round and it went down hill from there really.
An enormous bar bill. Should have expected this - there were many of Mr F's old military friends there.
Shared a taxi back to the hotel - the other couple paid so we bought the nightcaps at the bar.
Got away quite lightly the next morning - I deserved to have a much worse hangover to be honest :rotfl:Ate our picnic breakfast and I got in the shower. When I got out, Mr F was nowhere to be seen. He came back about an hour later and confessed to having a second breakfast in the hotel! I thought it was only Hobbits that ate second breakfast.
Also, Mr F had remembered that Beaulieu was just down the road and not only did they have a Top Gear exhibit at the moment but a Bond one too. So off we went to Beaulieu - £40 entry
And it goes on... hangover hunger hit on the way home and we stopped for a Maccy D's. More cost but it was soooooo good.
I'm doing the Poppy Collection again so we picked up my poppies on the way home. Mr F wanted two poppies and a car sticker so all our change went into the collection pot.
So, a month's entertainment budget spent in a weekend. I'd better start ebaying with a vengeance :rotfl:
Do you know what though - it was worth every penny, we had a great time. Here's one pleasure that hasn't cost us anything - coming home. Priceless.
Hope you're enjoying your Sunday evening

Thank you everyone. You're quite right - bread and lillies make for a happy life. What a lot of money I've spent in the last couple of weeks though. Must get back on the band wagon:
One foot on:- whizzed up the rest of Friday's Roasted Vegetable Cassoulet to make soup for last night's dinner. Plenty left over for lunch today as well
- Step class this morning. I'm even getting to the point where I can push myself a bit during the last tracks
- fleece pyjama tops arrived. Soft and warm but very lightweight - just the job
- popped into the market town to post a couple of Fleabay sales. Only about £10's worth but Mr F wants to see Sky Fall at the weekend so that will pay for one of the tickets
- went into the C0-0p whilst I was there to pick up the missing Waitr0$£ shop items. Came out with unnecessary Pumpkin & Sage Ravioli, Roasted Tomato Sauce and a bar of Green & Blacks Butterscotch Chocolate
- did my Poppy Appeal collection route tonight. Blown away by the generosity of people. Sometimes it's the people with the least that give the most. Only missed 3 households so will drop in to them tomorrow
- the heating is coming on periodically during the day now. Not for long but just enough to maintain the temperature
Broomsticks at the ready guys.
