(Look smilies! Apparently the hyper links and smilies do not work if you have Internet Explorer 11  I haven't worked out how to get around the link problem yet but have figured out you can drag and drop smilies)
Thanks for this.. I've been copying and pasting the smilies since it went wrong but didn't know why it wouldn't work..
Let's hope they fix it soon!

Hello all. I've been distracted by all the partying for Across-the-Lane-Neighbour's special birthday. Much fun has been had and the bank hasn't been broken yet!
Mr F is away on his first international business trip with the new jobso I'm on my own for the week again:
- Step class this morning. It's a new routine so I struggled a bit - although I might still have been a bit hungover from the weekend
- spoke to HMR&C. What's the new voice command menu thing all about  Managed to get though to someone after about 20 minutes but after that it was all quite straightforward - thank you Hayley that's a first! So Mr F's new income and benefits have been registered and he has a positive tax code for the first time in years
- made Chunky Minestrone Soup for lunch. The recipe must serve about 8 so it will keep me in lunches all week and provide a couple of portions for the freezer. Result.
- tidied up a few home admin jobs
- finished the Daffodil picture (posting to follow)
- Baked Potato with Tuna Mayonnaise & Sweetcorn with salad for supper to use up some veg
- a glass of Prosecco to use up the bottle :rotfl:
Happy Monday

Absolutely! Aside from the lovely level of detail, and the beautiful colouring, I tell you what makes it special to me - how close in you've gone. Gorgeous.

Thanks guys. I have to say I'm feeling very nervous about giving it as a present. Art is such a personal thing and I don't know whether she's going to like it. I'd hate to give someone a painting they don't like but feel compelled to display.
I'm going to take another look at it today and decide what to do.
