Well done. 1 week without smoking now? That's good, keep telling yourself how much you've saved, it'll motivate you.

Brought some bread of the way home from work really fancied beans on toast. Feeling really fat! All I seem to be doing is eating due to the non smoking. Getting to the point where I feel unconfortable with my weight so this is me putting a stop to it!! No more eating crap and no more snacking just for the hell of it!!! I WILL eat healthily for the next week!!! It's written down so I will have to do it :rotfl:

Good luck with eating healthy and giving up smoking! Maybe buy some tic tacs or boiled sweets to help with the cravings, and make them last.

Well done on 11 days not smoking.

I know what you mean not wanting to spend on the CC, I might need to buy some waterproofs for my job and using my CC is the cheaper option at a fewer percent interest rate than my overdrafts!
  • Stalking/Subscribed!

Read this thread all the way through! We have fairly similar stories and I can relate to the bf stuff. Particularly suddenly not wanting a takeaway, day out etc.. It must be hard for them to be as motivated as us but I will stick to my guns. I think my BF is used to me saying 'S*d it! Let's have another takeaway' whereas now I'll find some weird mixture from the cupboards!

    Good luck!! :D

You may have spent a couple of quid on the book but I regularly (or used to) spent £10 on a 2hour movie. A book will keep you entertained for days so really it makes financial sense!
