I found that comment particularly interesting as a long-time Dualit user.
I do agree (the toast is far nicer - less dried out, perhaps?) - but I always thought that was in my imagination. Perhaps I wasn't imagining it, then.........:)

hope you have better luck with dualit toasters than me. I've had two and both broke in just over two years.... Look nice but I wouldnt buy another one.0
