ok am feeling a bit crappy now.. prob the tired hormones...dh is out pretty much all this week and i will be sat at home alone.

Thanks for the welcome I'm at home as well with DH as work and I can't go out as contractions start / get breathless so it's a bit weird being house bound! At least it's the right weather to stay indoors

Sleeping is hard at the moment, isn't it? Great you're at 37 weeks :T

yes true.. the weather is keeping me indoors. am feeling sorry for myself today as i think the lack of sleep is affecting me and also the fact that dh is worried about his social life ending but not thinking what women have to go through. oh well.

i will be fine. think should stick on a funny dvd and eat and enjoy

My midwife measured my tummy and seemed concerned, she said i will see her again in 3 weeks, funny thing is i saw the midwife 4 weeks ago and she measured my tummy and said it was fine, then went on holidays and put on 1 pound. I think and can feel much bigger so do not understand this.
i am 31 wks and my measurement was 30cm

Morocha shouldnt that be ok? I think savage said it on here that they measure and according to num of weeks, they allow + or - 1 cm so for you that shouldbe ok no? dont be worried hon as she has asked to see you in a few weeks and if it was urgent, i am sure she would have sent you for a scan no? hope you are ok honey. xxx

I had heard it was + or 2cm! I could be wrong though

Evening all, my ambition is to actually do some posting, considering the amount of time i spend reading this thread!! I am 36 weeks tomorrow and officially started maternity leave today, it's awesome but I don't know where the day has gonE!

I have been pretty lucky so far, thought I was getting awful pgp as had dreadful pain last week but is much better now. Think baby is engaging as get lovely "fanny daggers" and have regular braxton hicks, am secretly hoping the baby comes early ( after 37 weeks)

Morocha, sorry to hear about your dh, try and keep calm and do the best for you and your Little one. Rups & banama i love your chat! Aida thanks for doing the list, and everyone else will catch up in time!
