I just re-did the list as the numbers seemed to have vanished. I've given you a yellow ? as you didn't say if you were having a girl or boy.

LadyM must be having Mummy cuddles by now? Hope it all went well.

My turn tomorrow! I've to be at the hospital for 6.30am. Hopefully by lunchtime I'll be holding my baby! Trying to do some cleaning/tidying tonight, as my Mum will be in the house with DD, so don't want her to see it like a pig sty!

Very excited about the royal baby, I wonder if Kate will join us on here :rotfl:. Hope she feels better soon though, it must be miserable to be that ill.

I'm still plodding on- 3 days until my EDD and no real signs that anything is imminent.

Yep, it's supposed to be rule of thumb that the number of weeks = the bump size with a bit of leeway either way, so 30cm at 31 weeks would be fine, the only thing is that they might worry if you'd been consistently over when they measured you and now it's fallen off. Although if they were worried they would send you for a scan so I presume they're not that bothered! I'm measuring big for 'my' recommended measurements based on my 'custom growth chart' (using BMI at book-in) which were below the 1 week = 1 cm rule and no one seems worried....

Quick update as midwife called this morning & found my bp had rocketed, sent me to hospital for monitoring & I have now just had my first pessary to start inducing!!! I'm still in shock but at least there'll be no mad dashes to the hospital in the middle of the night :j

I'll post again once baby has come. Love & hugs to you all & thank you for keeping me entertained the past 6 months x

Monneypenny you never replied to my question about being on our list. I can't seem to find you...

AFM I had a really nice day today!

First the news about Kate and Will :j:j:j. I wonder how many weeks she's pregnant. Then I went shopping with my friend till 1pm and had lunch in the town. And after I saw the consultant. My little one is still in breech (had a scan and it was really nice seeing my baby again:D) and after a lot of talking I was told that they can book a c-section for me...and I agreed . SOOOO I will jump the queue as Bamama predicted as I'm booked in for 17th December :j. I'm quite :eek: as I now have a date in mind and if the baby doesn't turn I will hold my baby in my arms on that Monday. 1 week before the c-section I will have the pre-op appointment where I will have to sign all the papers. Really happy as I now know I'll be at home in time for Chistmas and also that I will have my baby with me :j.

Any advice on sections will be well appreciated.
