littlemoog sorry you were annoyed yest. those sort of things drive me insane too!

i need some advise please ladies....we havent even started buying stuff like furniture, steriliser sets etc for the baby. yeah we have time as bubba is due in December but i dont want to constantly nag DH as recently he has been so tired and stuff and been a bit grumpy and i am notorious for nagging him. lol..

another thing is his brother! i am starting to get stressed about it because he is too stupid to think about the fact that we are expecting a baby. he is so bloody dependent on his parents. they said they will help him find a house to buy, but he cant do it while he is at ours, because it doesnt take 2 weeks to buy a house does it? he is in the baby room with his stuff in there. i have tried to chat to hubby about it but get no where.i emailed hubby at work yest asking how long he will be at ours but hubby said nothing related to my question and just said he should be expecting rent. why dont these men get it? i want to start preparing that room. am i being too harsh or rushing into things? thick men!

Rups I think I would be saying to him that although the baby is not due until december, what if it comes early? My friend delivered at 24 weeks and it added to the stress of having a prem baby by worrying about sorting everything out...

If I were you, I'd get both of the men sat down together and confront them both at the same time, letting them know that it is stressing you out Rups.

i would do that because i am so close to it but i am worried about coming across as a bi-tch. i asked hubby about it and it got avoided somehow even though he did say he could move back with his parents. yeah but when??? So this morning, i thought, shall i leave it for a week and then confront hubby then and ask nicely and if nothing happens, i will have to say somehting to the brother. you see my mum said not to keep going on about it as its not nice that i want his brother kicked out! so annoying. if i stayed with a couple who were expecting, i would be tyring my best to get out of there. he is not even bothered and waitig for mummy and daddy to help him. its starting to grate me.

i will tell hubby about the baby coming in early. hopefully that will scare him. lol

Tell DH that you want to set a deadline by which his brother has to be out and staying at his M&Ds if he hasn't found somewhere by then. Tell DH that neither of them are being fair on you, and don't worry about coming across as a !!!!! - you are entitled to feel comfortable in your own home, particularly now you are pregnant, and it sounds to me like your DH is taking advantage of the fact that you're not putting your foot down. Just out of interest, how old are DH and BIL?

Rups your DH has got to start being more considerate and seeing things from your way too. Maybe if you suggest giving BIL a few weeks so it doesn't seem like you are just throwing him out. Decide what you are comfortable with - perhaps asking him to have left by the time you are 30 weeks, then that gives him time to arrange something. It means you'd still have some time to get sorted after he's left. Personally I wouldn't have been patient this long, and I don't know how you're managing!

yes you are right. i just cant deal with arguements as with him they start up very quickly and takes days to get back to normal. its me not having the energy for it. you are right. i have tried to be the considerate one and i have to give a deadline. insane really.. is it just me worried about getting stuff for the baby? what is wrong with DH? lol.thanks for listening sweeties...:0)

I know i only ordered my bag yesterday, but i want it now!!!!i also need to sort out some help with our house as i dont like it the way the men do it, so need someone temporarily.

thanks katyliz. yep i do need to put foot down. had enough of being considerate. grrr!! maybe i can also just ask the brother directly. i am just astounded that he is so thick and not doing anything about it esp as he KNOWS and can see that i am pregnant! and stupid DH too! DH has not been my favorite person since he !!!!!!ed off to Scotland!!! humph

Where abouts in the country are you BezzyK? Feel free to PM me if you don't want to disclose on the thread. I only found out about my class through a friend at NCT classes. Have you tried googling aqua natal classes and your area?
