Seriously had enough, I'm just in such a grump, poor Oh is havig to put up with me. Roo still isn't over his poorliness and has been super whingey all day! And I'm super tired and feel a bit sick. I am the most impatient person in the world, if you hadn't already guessed!!!0

Congrats dippy!
Hugs to anyone feeling fed up. I am very much over this pregnancy, I just want my hips and pelvis to work properly again, and I want to be able to move around and do stuff without it being so much of an effort.
We had a mad dash to the hospital last night. Unfortunately not because the tiny person wanted to make an appearance, but because DS took a tumble off a chair head first onto a wooden floor. He was fine after they'd glued his head back together, and once he'd calmed down he was quite excited about seeing the doctor, nurses and some ambulances.
It also reminded me how useless DH is under pressure. I had to give him directions to the hospital, which is in the city he grew up in and he knows very well where it is! I think I'll be better off driving myself when I'm in labour...
Failed my exam this morning toothough that was entirely expected. I'll have to do it again when I go back to work, but can at least forget about it now for a few months.

Hi all, big congrats to all new mums and bubs, dippy, hope you get home soon with your little man-you were only 4 days ahead of me. Scary! 35+2 today, another 2 weeks of work, it will prob drag! Off for a hotel stay for one night next week with dh, our last trip as 2!
Need some advice, anyone o neg? If I remember rightly I think lovecake is? Anyways I bashed my bump off a wall when coming in earlier, our hall is quite narrow, was sore at the time but OK now. How hard would you need to bash your stomach before you need anti d? At 30week anti d jab the mW said to come to hospital if you have a trauma to stomach, but how hard would it need to be?Mum of 2 :j0 -

I'm AB neg and was told the same but I think you'd know if it was serious enough if you know what I mean? If it was still sore now I'd maybe go in but I wouldn't worry if not - maybe give maternity assessment a call and ask just to be sure?My Debt Free Diary

Thanks claree, I think a 'proper' trauma would be more like falling directly onto bump, its hard not to panic when things like that happen, then you curse yourself for being so clumsy.lol not in any pain or bruised, its just the silent bleeds that would worry me.Mum of 2 :j0

I'm o neg but haven't had the anti d yet as only 20 weeks. I thought you only needed the one shot at 28 weeks and you were sorted, regardless of bleeds after/in labour etc?0

Bump due 18th January :j0 -
Thanks starshinning and thank you for your PM there's a problem with my account and I don't seem to be able to reply, but it's lovely to see you.
Just putting roo to bed, have fish and chips for dinner, then going to have a long bath. Nothing major seems to be happening today, I guess atleast I'll be able to go and pick the car up tomorrow.0 -
Woohoo! Dippy - congratulations! Its lovely when you have been through the earlier threads with people and you hear good news! Hope you escape hospital soon x
Sorry BB to hear about your exam
Missy - hope things start moving in the right direction (!) soon!
I blubbed my eyes out at work todayI cannot believe that I won't be going back for a year! Loads more unexpected pressies and cards. What me and the OH are going to do is set up an email account for baby and email her our thoughts, pics etc as she grows up and then let her see this when she is old enough! I am going to take pics of all the pressies received as a starting point.
If anyone is interested I signed up to Gurgle magazine yesterday apparently for modern mums (!) of babies and toddlers - via Topcashback with magazines.co.uk - 7 issues was £15 but then I got £5 cashback via TCB. Seems like a good read.
Also for those who like a magazine in the bath (I do too!) Easy Living is excellent - and only £12 for 12 issues and you get a free salon shampoo and conditioner (worth £37.50 apparently) - via www.easyliving.co.uk/subscribe/4el10045
Just remember to cancel your direct debits as soon as they appear so you don't have to pay for another year when it runs out!0
