Oh dear I'm in real pain again :(

Had to come home from work early and was hoping I may be able to sleep it off, but it's too painful.

Phoned the Dr, and waiting a call back, really really don't want to have to go into hospital again :(

Has anyone here had real killer indigestion/bloating/pain in the stomach at around 26 weeks of pregnancy?

I just hope baby is ok :(

Heyy MV, sorry you're feeling crappy.

What's the pain like? Is it right at the top of your bump? I've had that for the last few weeks now (25 + 0) and my MW advised me not to worry unless it was accompanied by bleeding or I stopped feeling the baby move.

For me the pain isn't really near where the baby is so it doesn't seem to have affected her.

You're doing the right thing by getting it checked out though x

Poor MV! I have had terrible heartburn and often get a bump 'stitch' or an uncomfortable bump / downstairs area when the baby is pushing down, but nothing so bad that I felt I needed to go to hospital. Hope you are ok *hugs* Remember you can take paracetamol if you need it.

I love my maxis too! I got mine from Primark if anyone has one of those nearby - they are super stretchy and I just went a size up too:

You have a lovely neat bump lovecake! Those dresses are really nice, no primark near me though unfortunately, might order one of the boohoo ones, can always go back if necessary!

MV i hope the Dr has got back to you, and I hope it is 'just' constipation, it can be really painful. I actually thought I was in labour last week my pains were so bad but it just turned out I needed a poo!

How's it going clarets? Can't believe you've had a show! I didn't have anything like that last time. The first I knew about anything my waters had broken! Loving the dress and fridge talk. I currently have 2 dresses that fit and aren't too short. Really can't be buying anything at this late stage but I best not go Over due as already sick of the sight of them!

Getting the odd niggle today but nothing worth thinking about. Need to do a tesco shop, have a bath and write my assignment. Cant be bothered to do anything to be honest.

Moses basket arrived, is lovely, if not a little skinny.... Just need to wash everything.

Keep us updated clarets am eagerly waiting for progress!!

    Thanks for all the advice.

I don't think it is gallstones, and I'm wondering if that is something they would have picked up yesterday/previously?

The DR phoned me back and just reiterated what the Dr I saw yesterday said and also what claree said above - unless I have bleeding/feel the baby stop moving it's unlikely to be anything sinister, although my stomach is like a football at the moment and I can't tell what is baby and what is copious amounts of gas popping and shifting..horrible :(

It does feel a bit like when I went into labour last time (I was constipated then too and ended up having a pessary that got things shifting), so I was a bit worried I might be going into early labour..stay put baby..I'm only 26 weeks!

Bah..feel so crap and upset. I can't seem to get any relief at all.

Bless you MV I hope you get some relief soon. I find that having a couple of cups of coffee with sweeteners in is a sure fire way of clearing things! X

I did try the coffee route this morning missy as that normally gets things shifting for me, but no joy.

I felt the baby kicking about a moment ago so am feeling relieved that at least she seems ok.

Meh it's rubbish being trapped in a body full of pain!
