Thanks for the concern. I spent 3 hours at Kings last night, luckily it looks like I am just hugely constipated and everything had ground to something of a halt.
See, I told you MV you just needed a good fart! I reckon I should be a doctor!!!:D
Glad to hear you are fine and so jealous over your pink Smeg (that sounds rude doesn't it!) - I would have gone for pink had Gorenje made pink ones! (I would have told OH that it was blue!!!:rotfl:and with his colour blindness, he would have just gone along with it!!!!).0 -
I finish this Friday. It is going to be so strange being off for so long! And having a little 'un to look after as well. I had always imagined myself being child free and now I'm not going to be. Exciting but strange lol
Haha! As usual I am a week behind you on everything - including finishing work! I am also of the same opinion - will be really werid being a SAHM for a year! (ME???!!! Really??!!) But isn't that what coffee shops are for???!!!
I am gutted - visited mw today - and shes going on maternity next week herself! Agggh! Will now be put with someone new at 38 weeks!:(0 -
Hi guys :-) Hope everyone is ok!
Don't no what got into me this morning I was reading a book and in it someone had a newborn baby but the father was abroad and couldn't get back...got me thinking what if my next labour happens really fast and I ended up crying my eyes out imaginging myself having the baby all by myself at home....hmmm
Im ok now.. lolPeople don't know what they want until you show them.0 -
Still nothing other than occasional tightenings and now I have given over control of the tv so the OH can watch the cricket!!!!! Bless him, he was getting all excited. Knowing my luck this will be an 'all nighter'.
Mogwai, I don't know about anyone else but I find labour feels like really bad period pains.
Take care all. XXX0 -

Oh dear I'm in real pain again
Had to come home from work early and was hoping I may be able to sleep it off, but it's too painful.
Phoned the Dr, and waiting a call back, really really don't want to have to go into hospital again
Has anyone here had real killer indigestion/bloating/pain in the stomach at around 26 weeks of pregnancy?
I just hope baby is okMetranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -
MV last pregnancy at 34 weeks I was in agony with it. Swear it was worse than the labour. OH ended up going to the shops and getting me everything that was safe to take. That with lots of water and prune juice (Eurgh) seemed to help. Once it was over it was over and haven't had it again but oh the pain, I did think I was going to end up in hospital.Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500

Where abouts is the pain MV?
It could be gallstones?
I've got gallstones & the pain is horrible - a nurse i knew said she would much rather give birth than have the pain of gallstones
For me the pain was in my right side, just under the ribs
Just a thought x0
