My SPD has reached a level that makes me want to cry all the time. I haven't been able to drive for 6 weeks and even crawling up the stairs hurts. I cannot lift anything at all now, even putting my bag on my shoulder throws my pelvis off tilt and I am in agony. It takes me ages to stand up and even longer to get moving. My back is crippling me
I've been blubbering with mine today too! I've decided the crutches need to come out everywhere, I can't use them in the house as I only move to go to the loo and they are impossible on the stairs.
I have RSI and arthritis in my hands so often wear wrist splints, usually on my left arm and manage the crutches even with all my children, I take them off when I have to but mine doesn't improve unless I am wearing them so I have no choice.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Just added myself to the list.... I must be pregnant then!!!
I have amended Jaibaby and lucky people are moving up the list!!!!
MV - Happy Birthday for yesterday!!!
The tiredness is starting to wear off now!!! Starting to think I may not be pregnant again.... no noticeable bump, but I am fat!!!! Have started to wear a pregnancy band, as cant do my Trousers!!!
Spent another 2 hours waiting for the consultant on Tuesday, only in there for 5 minutes! My tests have come back and they are clear, Yay! I have my scan in 2 weeks, then the consultant the following week! I am hoping they will discharge to midwife care, as getting a bit bored of sitting in the hospital every Tuesday afternoon!!!0 -
Good afternoon all. Hope everyone is well, although judging by some of the posts I get the feeling most people would like to feel a lot more comfortable.
I got a call from one of the midwives yesterday. Apparently they have forgotten to take the blood test which tells whether or not I'm Rhesus positive or negative. Yet something else they have forgotten! I've given up on them now. I will not moan though, I think I must be having a much easier pregnancy than a lot of people.
Take care all. X0 -
Hey everyone!
Just moving over from the other thread, as I'm now 23+4. Can't believe how quickly time is flying since my first scan! Could someone add me to the list please? I would do it but I'm on my phone and will definitely ruin it haha. I am due 4th August with a girl :-D
Looking forward to chatting with you all xx0 -
I have added to the list above baleb!
Yay you have moved me 1 down the list!
My sister is 6 weeks behind me, I am 18 +3, she is having major problems trying to get a scan, has had no bloods or urine taken, bearing in mind she has seen the nurse and 2 midwifes. They were not concerned about her family history, I am currently under the consultant! Finally got a scan for 14 weeks, but is not happy with the whole process! I went in at 10 weeks one wednesday afternoon and had it all done, that really cheered her up!!!!0 -

I think I just have "had enough itis and its time for baby to arrive" lol:rotfl: I don't know how you manage it, I have no-one to help at all as DH works long shifts so I am at home with the little ones on my own for most of the time. We have no family help as all we have is my mum, who is crippled with rheumatoid arthritis and still works full time, bless her. My eldest is good when I need him to be, but he is a 14 year old boy and I can't expect him to stay in and help me all the timeI am just ready for baby to arrive now - so mini P if you are listening you are supposed to be here in 2 days could you get yourself ready please....:D As I would like you to arrive on time and no induction either :T
Nearly top of the list now!!!!

Evening,
I had midwife appointment today, was lovely and now have got spd also, but it to late todo ne thing now as only got 11 days, told me to take paracetamol and try and keep my legs together more!!
Ne one got good advice as I may have 11days but it hurts to move....
Baby head is ceph and ready to come out, then she said have you got plans in place if you have baby early?? Why did she say this??? Does she know some thing I don't???
Chonorla , I've had anoth aswell bring On our baby's xx0 -
Ah all this talk of SPD is making me paranoid I'm sure! I have been having some pain in my left leg joint, like where my leg meets my hip, so pelvis i guess. Sometimes it hurts when I balance on it or if i've been walking a bit. Could this be the start of SPD or just normal aches and pains from carrying round an extra stone and a half now!?0

Oh my god, just had a mini meltdown. I don't know what has come over me. All of a sudden I feel scared and panicky. :-( I don't think it helps that I'm on my own. I'm feeling scared about the birth and about looking after a baby!! Why has this happened now?0
