Well your either incredible silly or trolling, which is it?
If you are for real I hope you get caught and prosecuted there are enough idiots on road as it is. You made several mistakes, taken a car without consent, no insurance, failing to report an accidentWhy would I troll about this?0 -
The maximum for aggravated TWOC is actually two years if the damage amounts to more than £5000 - not that I think a prison sentence is likely in this case, let alone one that long.
Yeah but the maximum a magistrate can give is 6 months. Asking him to refer the case to Crown Court for their maximum sentence would be just plain stupid :rotfl:0 -

I thought this site was about helping people save money not helping people get out of stupid situations regarding joy riding in your sisters card.Total Debt Feb 2012 [STRIKE]£12,153[/STRIKE] 10674 16.5% Paid

If you had damaged some one else's car or property I doubt few people here or else where would be happy knowing you so blatantly have little regard to others property let alone the law.
If you had hit my car/property the Police would almost certainly be involved without question . Many of us pay extra on our insurance for uninsured drivers like yourself
Put it this way the damage you done wont be cheap nothing ever is when it comes to cars
You broke the law so pay the consequences not try and worm you way outI thought this site was for helping people. I made a huge mistake, but now I want to do what I can to make ammends.0 -

Everyone makes mistakes. You seem to have racked up a string of debts yourself, that seems like a stupid situation to me m8.0 -

You need to see your sister ok and talk her into not reporting you. Thats the number 1 priority.
Failing that, you need to see your sister ok / arrange to see your sister ok before you go up to court.
I'm aware of someone that done this years ago. Paid the damage off before court, 7 points for the unlawful taking, 7 for no insurance, none for leaving the scene and no ban (different offences at the same time apparently)
Cant remember fine amount, so couldnt have been much.
Just make sure you see your sister ok. And grow up.
