Hi Tyrone, this has happened to me, I think it is a glitch with the site. It wouldn't recognise my email and then kept copying it into the 'client' login section.
Clearing cookies is the best thing to do, but I found that just shutting the site down and opening it up again did the trick.
Now I keep it permanently logged on so I can hit the 'refresh' button every five minutes in the hope of grabbing a decent order...0 -
Hello everyone,
Just like to say thank you to the OP for creating this thread, and to the regular posters who've been kind enough to post tips and advice.
I just joined recently, have been given the usual 3* rating, and looking forward to seeing some assignments become available!
Can anyone give any hints on the Teams ? One of them I could do, unfortunately they only accept 4* writers, and I'm not sure which of the others might be a good start.
Thanks

is the work slow to come through on textbroker? I have written two articles both of which have been accepted but nothing under 3 stars seems to have come up today.
Is it usually this slow?0 -
Zero work today.... It's not always this slow0
-
ah that's good to know, so how many articles do you get through week if you don't mind me asking? I only joined on Wednesday so I am still fairly new!0

Well I'm diversifying ATM lol, got lionbridge & a few other bits on the go... But I've done over 20 in a week before. And better more experienced people do far more.0

There's three 5-star waiting to be picked up at the moment, two 4-star came up about 15 mins ago, but disappeared within minutes.0 -
Unfortunately I am in neither of those categories! I am still a 3 star!0

Very slow today, as has been pointed out. I am also writing for London Broker, which is not as straightforward as TB.
I snagged the couple of 4* jobs that were there earlier. Sorry about that.0 -

Hi Tyrone,
I work full time at this and the work does come back pretty quickly. There is a three day acceptance policy, so if your work is sitting 'waiting' and the client doesn't review it, then it automatically goes through anyway. So you get paid.
Today has been the quietest day thus far for me, in the last six months, but I have about nine waiting to be passed, the trick is to build up as much as you can when there is the work, in essence, banking the work, I have written well over 30 articles in the last week, including some 4000 word documents.
Grab the work as soon as it comes in, I also pick up the lower * ones and while it is peanuts, it does add up, what I will not do, is pick up one that looks ok, but spend hours on research. The little ones such as the financial ones are beauties to write for me, all PPI claim related. Join as many teams as you can to improve your chances of more work. TB does work, it has given me a full time wage or an acceptable one anyway. Don't give up, even something small, can make a difference to a household budget.0
