Like I said, it isn't difficult.
See post #238 where you stated the opposite, hence the confusion over which way you were going as your later agreement contradicted this as you preferred it at the first visit point.
In terms of doing it, its already there as there is a communication method and a process in place for Special Access arrangements such as passwords or other text such as "knock loudly". It would just mean introducing a new process at the switch point which is going to cost some cash in setting up and running it. It would really need an industry process so it can be standard and monitored.
For new occupants, again, its only process so its no different than a switch. However, because suppliers don't always know about change in tenancies, it will come undone if the reading is due.
The industry process might want to make use of a landlord as well to get an agreement made. I'm not sure how this would work with the rights of the individual though...I suspect it wouldn't. Its also not always possible to know there is a landlord so it would be a bit ropey.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
