Radio Interview with Sarah Fisher (who did a behaviour assessment on Lennox and thought he was a lovely dog), Peter Tallack (the ex police assesor who claimed he was a liability), Victoria Stilwell and Jim Crosby who consults on Fatal dog attacks and is a qualified behaviorist

The more I read about this, the more upsetting I find it.0

He hasn't been returned to them, I've no idea why not but they did say they would post some of his ashes to them :mad:
The family were told they would receive "some" ashes - nothing to say they would be Lennox's ashes - again like other this leads me to believe he was killed prior to all this hence they wouldnt have "his" ashesA home is not a home ..... without a dog0 -

Peter Tallack wasn't the only one who claimed him to be a liability, so did one of the families OWN assessors, Madeleine Forsyth. The family chose to suppress her evidence in court.0 -

I was under the impression Madeleine Forsyth didn't actually interact with Lennox and did her assessment from a distance?Herman - MP for all!0 -

I agree with you I was saying what the family had been told by BCC, they have also been told that they won't be getting his collar back which is surely still their property. I firmly believe like you that he was killed before the date stated and that they disposed of his body and his collar, his collar was probably chucked in the nearest bin and god knows what they did with lennox. Anyone know how animals bodies have to be disposed of, do they have to be cremated or buried ?.0 -

I find that difficult to understand given that all other people involved managed to interact easily with the dog. Including the dog warden.Herman - MP for all!0 -

You keep repeating that. I think you are simply 'glossing'.
I may be misinformed though, so could you list the experts involved please, so I can understand your 'majority' comment?Herman - MP for all!0
