This thread contains more conspiracy theories and Chinese Whispers than verifiable facts! :undecided
"Once seized, your dog will be kept by police until a decision is reached on whether it needs to be destroyed or released. This could take several weeks or months. You won’t be allowed to visit your dog."

The family may think of Lennox as their property, but legally he was not once he had been declared to be a dangerous breed. A banned dog is not like a deceased child, the owners are considered to have committed a criminal offence.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
So have they been prosecuted?
This was not weeks or months .. this was as I understand it 2 years.
Again , what harm would there have been to return the body of the dog?
No sugestion of a conspiracy , just an honest and open question that I am sure a lot more people are asking.0 -

They had no evidence he was a 'banned breed'.0 -

Try reading the entire sentence: I deliberately used the word declared. The law said he a dangerous/ banned breed/ type, hence there is no requirement to allow visits or return the body.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -

Is there a problem in returning the body of a family pet that has been 'declared' dangerous while living?
This makes absolutely no sense.0 -
Why?

I've already explained why

Mrs Alexandra Lightfoot, has vacated her bcc post as a dog warden, and taken a new job with ballymoney borough council as an AWO (ANIMAL WELFARE OFFICER-INSPECTOR) march 2012.......bcc will remain accountable for Lennox and lightfoot will remain accused of perjury....:mad::mad:"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

Why has no one mentioned, the first assessor then went in to assess Lennox ? Her name being Madeleine Forsyth.
Who went in to assess Lennox on behalf of his own family!! Whose evidence was so damning they didn't put it forward to the courts!
Whose area's of expertise areveterinary practice,
veterinary medicine and surgery
Domestic/companion animals (pets)
Animal behaviour
Dogs and canine behaviour
Farm animals and livestock
Horses and equestrian matters
Horse riding accidents
Horse racing and training
Equine health and safety (in particular,
relating to performance horses,
racehorses, eventers and show jumpers)
Animal health and welfare
Animal protection and rights
Veterinary and wildlife pathology
Animal transport
Veterinary negligence
Why has this never been looked at in more detail?
Her details are very easy to find on the internet should you wish to contact her for clarification! I'm sure she would be more than happy to forward her points!
She's also mentioned very briefly during this interview, that took place this morning.

Interesting Comments from Victoria Stilwell on FBVictoria_Stilwell wrote:When I was brought onto the case a year ago I received a copy of the BCC's 'e...xpert's' report. This report was only supposed to be an evaluation of Lennox's measurements to determine whether Lennox was of pitbull type (which is laughable in itself.) The last paragraph of the report states that even though this expert knows that he has only been brought in to measure Lennox he still offers his opinion of Lennox's behavior, which he questions. That's it - one paragraph. I also have the behavioral evaluation reports from both David Ryan and Sarah Fisher - pages and pages of detailed, intelligent, unbiased and thorough investigations of Lennox's behavior. Yet the BCC stand by their 'expert' and so did the courts, discrediting the evidence of two qualified behavioral experts. Is that justice? Is that fair?
It is also public knowledge now, even though I have said nothing on this matter, but because it is already out there I will have to answer your questions truthfully, yes, the BCC's 'expert' did try to sue me for speaking out against him and questioning his credentials, and yes he did expect money from me to settle the dispute. He was not successful because all I did was speak the truth. But these are the kind of people that the family, myself and all those who have supported Lennox, have been up against. I will finish by saying that I do not approve of threats and intimidation being done to anyone on either side and would appeal to those who conduct themselves in such a way to stop - you are not helping matters. But also be aware that those of us who have supported Lennox and the family themselves have also received threats, some from the very people that BCC employ.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'
