Only for contactless mode. If you have the card, you can use it on the internet for much bigger purchases. No thief is going to want to steal your card to buy a coffee. If you read someones card with NFC, you have the card number and expiry date and can do the same thing (no, you don't need the CSC).pacontracting wrote: »They forget that the limit of the cards is £20 per transaction
This is what people are worried about. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happens with C+P only cards (apart from the NFC stuff, but just carry two NFC cards or buy a new wallet, your then safe)0
