One of the users mentioned the screen is like a mirror in daylight however another user has said that by angling the screen slightly differently it stops that problem. I would imagine this is a problem all sat navs would have in bright sunlight. Depending on your type of car the A frame may hide the sunlight anyway, I think mines may.
With regards to the speaker volume, I am sure it has been tested in road use and found to be fine so may just have to open your ears a bit ;-) and for £50 I am not complaining about having to turn down my radio for a while whilst I listen to some directions:staradmin:staradmin:staradmin:staradmin:staradmin0 -

Big thanks to Constantine for the spot!Life in this world is, as it were, a sojourn in a cave. What can we know of reality? For all we can see of the true nature of existence is, shall we say, no more than bewildering and amusing shadows cast upon the inner wall of the cave by the unseen blinding light of absolute truth, from which we may or may not deduce some glimmer of veracity, and we as troglodyte seekers of wisdom can only lift our voices to the unseen and say humbly "Go on, do deformed rabbit again.....it's my favourite". © Terry Pratchett in "Small Gods"

Bought one in store yesterday £59.97, so if I return it, can I get one online with the codes for £10 cheaper?
Can you go thro Quidco and still use the £10 codes as well?0 -

Yes don't see why not....Might as well get it as cheap as you can...For £49 I think it's fine for me as I am rubbish at map reading and get fed up with pulling over or my hubby asking me where are we now when I am trying to snooze ha ha0
