), wash 2 in WM.
Poo picked in the garden
Planning up to date for Miss T, and assessed LJ for what needs doing
baby toys taken off dining table & put in box under sideboard (displacing barbies - now need to find a home for them)
DD2 has been in her room all morning - washing has been brought down, and a collection of glasses & plates have appeared by the DW - maybe progress is being made *fingers crossed smiley* However, she has come down for a small canvas and some pens, so progress may have stopped.
I am going to make a cuppa, and decide on my next move. paperwork or physical flying or dog walking? decisions decisions!!0 -
Dustykitten - I'm here! might add to my sig as i keep forgetting to say I'm one of the 10
Not much to update since earlier, swept mopped and dried the close. The colour of the water was horrific:eek: despite protestations that it is done every month it looks untouched.
Am about to tackle the floors. OH got stroppy yest and asked that I spend some time with him rather on housework (if he did some during the week maybe I could!!) but he is fast asleep on the couch so I'll get on now while I have a chance:AStarting again on my own this time!! - Defective flylady! :A0 -
Me again. I'm really happy in that I've achieved everything from my list this morning. Still more to do in the gardens but after 3 hours I'd had enough. Totally forgot to make a batch of yorkshires today though so dinner will not quite be a 'roast'. Going to prepare tonight's dinner, then have me & doggy time. Yes!Spend less now, work less later.0

Afternoon all.
I actually managed a lie-in today :j Okay so I had to get up to help DD to the bathroom at 8.30am but she went back to bed to play on her DS and I got another couple of hours sleep
Bit of an update on my DD's broken knee...she's out of her cast & now in a splint! Its a post-op one and she now has movement :j The difference in her mobility and independence is amazing with just 20 degrees, can't wait for 2 weeks time when she can up it to 40degrees in theoryFriday the 13th wasn't so unlucky for us despite an unplanned visit to the hospital
Todays plan is to try and get some jobs done and DD sorted for school tomorrow. Appropriate adjustments to the wheelchair have already been made so thats one job done, and I need to get my backside into gear if I'm going to get everything done today

I have my spies out, they are teeny tiny fairies in metallic suits, fluttering above the special 10 and keeping and eye on them
I'm hoping for all 10 to submit their progress reports in the next few days... well done dragonette and deus. Gold stars to you both. Also to rowan tree aka Fred who may or may not still be wearing the hotpants
My arm really hurtsI've taken lots of painkillers but it's travelling up my shoulder into my neck face and I feel sick. No idea why arm hurts it just does. Need a little lie down I think. Will check sky before I do as I've got 2 loads of washing out - hallelujah.

Bonnie, I don't want to panic you but please ring 999 for an ambulance. I have had pains like that twice before and the first time I left it for an hour (it happened at 7 a.m) and then phoned the doctor's surgery as soon as they opened - the Dr took one look at me and sent me to hospital by ambulance at once. They told me that if it ever happened again I MUST ring for an ambulance and not wait for the doctor to have an appointment free. The second time I did as they said. Both times, it turned out to be nothing, but the ambulance and hospital staff all said they would rather have a call-out for nothing than for me to be seriously ill.

Hello all
Hope Bonnie's ok and that sound advice given was followed.
In Valliland today it has been sunning instead of raining. I have done lots of weashing and dried it outside and, so far, two loads of ironing.
Lasagne for dinner - din't do bolognaise as they had that yesterday (and there is NO similarity between the two :rotfl:)
About 6 montha ago (if not longer, actually, as we are already in July) I bought DS's old phone off him )that would be 9 months ago then).
DD has sorted it out for me. Sim cards have been transferred and I now have my dream ringtone - a track by the Zutons
(I could have had one by Amy Winehouse or Steve Winwood;))
It is touch screen. :eek:Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

I'm one of the "special ten" who is failing miserably! Since I ventured out of lurkdom I have had a return trip to hospital for 5 days with post op infection. I'm home now but cannot do a thing for myself never mind the house! I do hope the next few weeks will see an improvement and I can rejoin you more actively. In the meantime I am occasionally checking in to read updates. On the plus side amazing family and friends have kept some flying going so the house isn't too horrendous. Good wishes to all x0
