It will depend on the version of android you are using the latest (Ice cream sandwIch) does have a built in restriction. I've posted a couple of screenshots of it below.

Comparing to my account it hasn't been that far off. It's looking a little blank because I had a software update and always do a factory reset before installing updates.0

Is your youngest old enough to take out a phone contract?
generaly its best to only take out a contract phone if the person is old enough to take it on, and the responsabilities that go with it.
there are some very good budget android phones available now that can be had for the £100 mark, and a payg phone is ideal for a young person not yet old enough to take outa contract.
That may not be much use to you now, buts its worth keeping those facts in mind.
As for your current situation this may be of some use to you

Thanks but that's not what i'm after at all, that is Spyware so you can covertly spy on your kids, I do not want or need to do that.
I'd rather she had a contract that will cost me under a tenner a month, furnish me with a top phone and give her reasonable allowances than her have PAYG that will cost alot more for the same.0

Ahh, so youve not signed up yet?
what you need is a capped contract, although for £10 a month you may be struggling to find a top phone.
take a good look at the market, adn whats available, quite a few mobile companies do offers wth PAYG phones where you top up £X and get or can activiate a package such as X amount of calls X amount of texts and X amount of data when you top up £10/£15/£20 etc etc0

In your last post you have said:You misunderstand me, I have in fact signed up to the contract.

The above says that you do not have the contract.
Are you just making the post up like before?0

So youve signed up to a contract, who is this contract with, what deal/bundle are you on what phone are you using, and what version of andrio is running on that phone.
all these are very useful if you looking at advice on ways to control usuage and costs.0

Just cos you've been rumbled for your iDiotic (see what I did there!) scaremongering on the other thread you think you're gonna come here and push me around!
I suggest you reread what I posted, if you still don't get it then keep reading it ad infinitum. You may then apologise and back off.0
