    My wife earnt some money this month and wants to pay £200 off the mortgage, my brain washing is starting to work :T

    That's great news. The more money towards the mortgage the quicker it will be paid.

    How is the house hunting going?

    Hi SD we went to see the new build development on Saturday, the show home was fab, but the house we're interested in isn't being made available for a while.

    We also had a bit of a drive around the Worcester area, houses are a bit cheaper down there but it would be a big move.

    Nothing on the market really catching our eye at the mo' though.

    Ha ha! I remember that magical moment of getting OH on board. Trust me, it will make things a lot easier! If I have a wobble now, he'll pick me up and make me carry on!

    That's great your other half on board. :)

    I keep talking to DH about it and he says that's great when I tell him that I made an OP and how much it has shaved off the term. I know he's still not on board as such. I am Looking forward to the day he does what Mrs QBW just did. :)

    seems to be the time for them.. My OH got one the other day too!
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.
