    Ginny, PAH and smiley I hope you have had a lovely meet - I would have loved to have joined you but am not up to being out yet but next time definitely, I could bring PAH and save her hubby sitting in strange car parks :)

    I have managed to get my pain meds down to every 12hrs which is great, am still really yuck but definitely improving.
