I don't like Ruby Wax and I don't like Soda Bread, it's the bicarb, can't stand the taste. I'm still glued though, I really would like the kitchen fire at River Cottage.

Thank you everyone. I've done a bit more today (hoovering and tidying the table and even cooked myself some pasta) so I'm on the up, I think. Oh, and I haven't been back to bed today, so a definite improvement.
