5000 pot, total win 1075 over 13 years in small chunks, around 1.75% a year in simple interest terms.

If you are after guaranteed returns premium bonds a waste of time... if you have money left over with no debts after maxing ISAs, pension, investments etc then have a gamble for fun for a big prize.

Very pleased - £50 won in October draw. I have been very fortunate and have matched the interest I would have made if the money in bonds had been invested.

Lovely way to start the month!

£30K in since May (4 draws so far) - 3 x £25 since, nothing in October. Terrible return.

    Per the title:

    Mine is £25

    17k held

    I hope you are joking. 17,000 x 3% would give you £510 a year

Even if you then spent half that on lottery tickets you'd be better off by far

    Won ~ £7000 over 13 years on original £20k - about 2.4% return pa!
    No prize bigger than £100.:(
  • ^^ Could be worse and you have to compare it to spending money on the lottery.
You got a chance to win a million and it didnt work out but I think you should be happy at that result overall
