Closed 14.99 for Internet Broadband plus free phone calls CPW

I too ordered the package last thursday,line went live today,should be tommorrow.
Could'nt access internet from previous supplier,so entered account details into my current usb modem and I'm up and running.Havent recieved the modem and welcome package from talk talk as yet.Will double check tommorow to make sure I'm on the £14.99 package.Don't know how to sign up for the talk talk landline yet.

I also signed up to the £14.99 per month offer and when the standard welcome letter came on Monday this week it quoted £24.99 instead. When I rang them they said that they hadn't bothered to update the standard letter(!!) but that if I had applied in March (the "March Madness" offer they called it) then I would automatically get the £14.99 deal. They also said that they had been inundated with calls about this issue. Not surprising. Anyway, I shall watch my bank account with great interest to see what they debit and if it's not right I'll be in touch with my bank (to get a refund under the direct debit scheme guarantee) and then TalkTalk to bend their ear again.
