Phoned them again yesterday and guess what???? They know nothing about it! Andy took my number again and said he would get back in touch with me and yet again he didn't bother. They treat their customers with contempt.
Going to send an email to customer services giving them a week to sort it and then it’ll be the “pre action letter”
Don’t know if I mentioned it before but….. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!0 -
I have had problems with Parcel2go collecting a parcel. I have asked for a refund but I am wondering if I will get one. Has anyone received a refund?0

Unfortunately I just had a very bad experience using Parcels2go. The courier they used for delivery failed to deliver the parcel to the address I provided. They don't want to refund me the costs as they say they apparently tried to contact the recipient 3 times but no response. I rang the recipient and the person said nobody rang. Parcels2go also don't respond to e-mails and the customer service is pathetic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
It's been the most painful experience ever for me dealing with them.
Anybody knows the way to claim the money back?0 -

I guess you chose to use Parcels2Go because they were cheaper than the alternatives. Unfortunately you now know why they are cheaper - they have little or no customer service infrastructure for dealing with problems.0 -
Send email to k.black@parcel2go.com - They are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. If not do a chargeback by getting in touch with your credit card/bank/paypal and say they didn't carry out the service you paid for.
I'm still waiting for them to return my parcel from their depot. It's been a month now. They have until Wednesday to get it back to me before "pre action" letter and court action.
This company is the worse that I have ever dealt with. AVOID THEM.
Use Parcel Monkey instead0 -
Hi
I cancelled the order last night and asked for a refund which Parcel2Go acknowledged by email. Today an unmarked Van Hire van turned up with 2 men who said they had come to collect the parcel. I told them I had cancelled it. I asked why the hired van? The man said they were from a subsidiary of City Link but he had the Yodel logo on his shirt. When I asked about this he said he previously worked for Yodel! Ummmmm!0 -

I've used them a LOT and had some problems, but they always sorted me out in the end. Customer service isn't amazing, but they are a rock-bottom priced courier broker, you get what you pay for.Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.0

If you're happy using them then by all means keep on using them. If you've never cut your mouth while eating glass then thats great. The only reason I have posted this is to tell the story of the worse customer service experience that I have ever received from a company and want to warn anyone that is willing to listen.
I can't comment on the other newbie posts except that they sure as hell aren't me shilling if that's what you are insinuating.
AVOID PARCEL2GO AT ALL COSTS
