1.3kg of blackcurrants picked, 0.5kg rasps, a ton of rosemary for jelly and some sage as well....think I'm going to be busy while DH is away! I also got 2kg of Y/S strawberries from Mr T for £2.20 - should have been £2.50 a kilo.0

monnagran - actually I have booked a long weekend this coming weekend, so have Friday and Monday off :j. You are right, I am due a break, and need to try to remember not to fill all 4 days with social events! I have a wedding on the sat though.
Murray did good in the tennis, was a great match to watch!

I managed to miss it...and I missed the Nadal match toobut I watched all of Andy Murray's marathon on Saturday!! Hope he's not on mid-afternoon on Friday coz I will miss it again due to being in work til 5pm

Evening everyone
Another late posting from me. Went into new place of work for a couple of hours to try and do a bit of training before I officially start as it will be manic on my 1st day(have worked enrolment before so I have some idea how busy it can be. also went to craft group this morning as when I start new job will only be able to go in the holidays.
DS2 has started his new timetable for school next year and seems okay with it. Hope the novelty doesn't wear off too soon.
os today cleaned kitchen, hoovered downstairs, made omlettes for dinner and fruit salad and ice cream for desert.
Hilstep - hope they can sort out why you keep falling, hope you are not too bruised ((hugs)).
JackieG - Nice to see you back.
HH - I dont know how you manage to keep going.
