I didn't get to the sale until Saturday afternoon so had low hopes. I managed to find 2 pairs of jeans (I'm petite) and a jacket and was chuffed. The jacket is lovely but jeans were unfortunately too tight. I returned them and took the next size up. Miles too big. These were the same range & style. So now I have to return those. Am just going for a refund this time.

Next sizing is awful, especially in jeans. I once ordered 4 pairs in one size and 4 pairs in the next size up and not one pair fitted me!

Very true. Mrs is an 18 but has a pair of Next jeans that fit really well and are 16. But then another pair of 18 Next jeans will be too tight!
Sent a a size 18 skirt back yesterday and kept another size 18 skirt. One too tight and one that fits.... :)

Agree about the sizing. Sometimes I need a 10 in tops and other times a 12 cuts the circulation off in my armpits. Often what you get is nothing like the photos online or bits fall off embellished tops. Next was never like this in the past when it was more expensive and bit more upmarket.

I have kept very little of my delivery too due to these very reasons!! But I'll shop on way through year to distract and hopefully still be in there good books!! Hubby has lost 10lbs yet his size in shirt were all too small, yet same size in wardrobe fit him!! So it's not just women's wear sizing is all out everywhere!!!

Oh I find their jeans quite good in sizing. Although their dress trousers are ridiculous. I don't really bother with anything else from them, too expensive for what it is and poorly fitting although I did get a lovely royal blue coat from them in the a/w sale for £30!

Still no1. For kids stuff in my book though and usually quite generously sized and well wearing too and with 3 x girls ages 7 (today) 6 and 5. I've always got my eye out for a bargain for them!

Quality is definitely no where near what it used to be. I worked in next when I was at school about 13/14 years ago and the clothes were so much better! I've noticed a big decline in the quality of the kids clothes particularly in the last 5 years or so.

Sizes are a bit off, I ordered 2 skirts and a dress in a 10, all for work. Both skirts fitted perfectly on the waist but were too long - my fault for being a short a$$, dress was miles too small!

i think next is still better than the supermarkets, matalan, primark etc by a long shot. Actually prob on par with sainsburys and not much difference in price between the 2. I prefer m&s for my kids clothes these days.
