    Hi everyone,

    I recently returned something and was wondering whether the money goes back on my debit card? I really hope it doesn't go on my 'account'. Can anyone help?

    Depends how you paid for it in the first place. If you bought it through ordering online through your account it will be credited back onto your account. If you bought it on your debit/credit card in shop or online it will go back on that.

    This hasn't happened to me. I had my items delivered to an alternative address so had to pay by cc. I have returned some items but my account has been credited and not my cc. Is this normal because obviously I'd have preferred for it to come off my cc? Thanks.
