Grrrr, I have never been so angry at a company, not even M&S and that's saying something! I got a order full of baby clothes for my new nephew and baby god daughter, checked out, all good. Selected an address where I knew someone would be in to get it when they delivered. Got a dispatch email and a delivery date for Tuesday this week. Come Tuesday night I hadn't heard anything, so checked online, and it said delivery failed and re-delivering next day. Said the same on Wednesday. Was a little worried as I knew someone was in all day, so thought they might have gone to the wrong place (had a few probs with couriers lately). Called last night to find out it had been returned the depot, and that they'd been delivering to the billing address, not the selected address. Got told I'd have a call today. Just phoned to find out that the depot has sent it back and there's no chance of recovering it.
I am so angry! The courier's said they left 3 cards - not one has appeared through my door, and they didn't try the neighbours either (in contrast to their normal behvaoir of chucking my parcels under the bush). They're going to send me a £20 voucher, feel like telling them where to stick it! More annoyingly, both my mum and sister didn't check out their orders, with the same baby things in, and I just did one order for all of us .

That's a shame about your order. Did they mention anything to you about changing the address though as I'm sure I read on the T&Cs that you would be charged full price for sale stuff unless you get it delivered to the registered account address? I would complain to the courier as well.

There must have been an update in the early hours as when I looked at 7am there was quite a lot extra to what there was last night.

The Bluewater branch is still full of sale stuff - 50% of the ladies department is given over to it.

Does anyone know when they will further reduce things on the website? They've got some shorts I quite like (for my holiday next year) but they haven't had a reduction since the sale first went online.

They only reduce a few of the items by a little more. They seem to have already done this about a week ago.

I'm confused! On the mobile app site there are LOADS more sale items but on the regular website there isn't. e.g 290 items in the girls section on the regular website but over 1300 on the mobile app??!!

I got the same on my phone/computer - am wondering if the up-date was in the early hours and if you checked out on your phone they would come up as OOS? Haven't tried anything but I'm thinking maybe it doesn't up-date as regularly as the main site? I need to to a 4am order soon for sofas but can't bring myself to set the alarm for that time?!! The one I am after was on the mobile site at 7am but I was sorting the kiddies and it's gone now

I tried adding a girls ra ra dress to my basket on the mobile site and it said in stock and it wasn't showing on the main website. I didn't checkout though as decided to be good lol and not buy my daughter any more clothes so who knows!
