You need to be up early to catch a Next sale! the person at the front of the queue at my local Next had been there since 2.30 a.m. - Doors opened at 4.45 and by 6 a.m. all the best items had gone.
You missed it by about 12 hours...

I could never understand what all the fuss was about with Next sales, because like you, I used to trot in at a sensible time and all I could see was utter rubbish or bare shelves......then, like all the other mad posters on here, we discovered the 5am start! Worth the early start, a genuine, really genuine sale but practically all the good stuff goes within the first hour - the best bargains are grabbed in the first 5 minutes! That's why by lunchtime there's nothing left. Start preparing for boxing day!

I dont get what all the fuss it about. Its just stuff and how do you know the actual item you want will be there/on sale? you dont. Personally i value my sleep more. Thats something you cant put price on lol

Unlike other shops and sales, EVERYTHING goes on sale for half price or less. Even the sofas and big items of furniture

Got there about 9:30

definatley worth going early if you're after clothes to last a while, the quality isnt as good as it used to be in my opinion but at that price its better than supermarket clothes which are the same price

I had three parcels showing as processed and they were all delivered today. I never got to the despatched or with courier stage! Really pleased - every single thing I ordered arrived today - looks like Christmas here with all the bags etc :j

I have had all but 4 items delivered. The ones that are left say delivery on the 8th of August. My house looks like a next warehouse, lol
