I've had an order on the way email but not with the courier yet. I'm not holding my breath as last year my order was lost after dispatch and I had to jump through hoops as I'd been billed for it. They asked me to pay so I wouldn't be charged interest while they investigated and I refused. Maybe that's why I didn't get a early slot at Christmas? Too awkward and moany.

I haven't managed to get a slot at all - not suprised really as its my first sale since I've had an account - anyone know what time it will open to those of us unlucky ones - just want to check if anything is left before I give in and place an order for my sons winter wardrobe from the new range

I've had an account for years and this is the first one I've got, ring them up and ask for a slot. I range last night and they were lovely.

An advert for the sale came on tv last night saying most stores opening at 5am. I googled my usual store and there opening time for Saturday was 5am. Looks like an early start for me!!

I got offered my very first VIP slot at Christmas last year but I didn't notice it in time as it went to my spam folder. Then yesterday I got offered a VIP slot and the first available was this morning so I have placed my order. Fingers crossed some of the things I ordered will suit me!

I received an e-mail saying 'your order is on the way' and when I clicked on the link it said it was with the courier, but she always comes in the morning so I don't think I'll be receiving it today.
