i got an e-mail saying all my delivery charges apart from one will be refunded

I ordered a second batch of things about 45 minutes ago (or thought I did) but not had a confirmation email and they're not showing in my account.

Should I give it some more time or order again in case it didn't go through??

Completed my last order around 11.30 last night, sent an e-mail asking for delivery to be combined to 1 charge and had a lovely lady call me around 9.30 this morning to say 4 of my 5 delivery charges will be refunded today so I will only pay for one :j

Went on at 8pm last night and managed to get lots of pretty things, my OH managed to get lots of cufflinks for his work and we also managed to get some kids clothes for our nephews/nieces Christmas.

And our TV is on the blink, I was amazed I managed to get a TV even at 8pm in the sale! I thought they would have all went quickly! So needless to say I am chuffed. When I checked out at 9pm last night there was still loads left.

My email last night took a little while to come through, however I did call them and they confirmed it for me so no harm in doing this.

No, although I did move house last year.

I've previously ordered outwith the sale at this new address and it's gone onto my account ok. Not sure why this only happens during the VIP sale. So irritating!!

placed a couple of orders this morning at 7.00 nothing that was on my original list though it seems like there's less stuff than normal and only one or two sizes. last year i had an early slot but still got some stuff the next day too

Yes I got one too - it's not until tomorrow though and i can't imagine there will be much left.

I had a 9.30 slot last night and was able to log in just after 9 - really chuffed with how much I managed to buy although I did not look at the preview and did not have a 'list'...

i've just got the same email, so i have another vip slot for tomorrow from 7 till 23.59
