if quickshop shows number not recognised its sold out, some worked for me... I have a large limit on my account and no payments outstanding an it asked me to pay by card!
no option to put on account
This happened to me too and has also happened in the last 2 sales. So annoying!!!!!
I've called them about it but they seem clueless as to why it's happening!0 -
Had a 6pm slot last night had no real problems at all. Checked out 3 times and emailed them last night about combining delivery, they have replied this morning saying that it's fine and they have adjusted my delivery costs so I only pay one lot
They are generally very good with this

Still no slot for me so guess its gonna be waiting til saturday and all decent stuff will be gone. I have sent them an email to express my frustration! Made me feel better for all of 5 minsJuly 2013 wins: Lilac Skoot, Night out for 2 at Nandos & Cineworld
Best wins so far: £500, GHD styler, Tassimo T40 Machine0 -
I noticed that items for my daughter's bedroom were in the sale, but knew they'd be gone before my slot opened at 7am this morning, so i ordered them at full price the other day. My intention was to re-buy them at the sale price then return the ones at full price. However, two of the three items were already gone this morning so does anyone know if I return the items to a store, will they immediately let me re-buy them at the sale price there and then?0

last december I ordered a dinner set full price night before sale as I knew it would be gone by time my slot started - I assume due to the sale the delivery to store wasnt for about 10 days, which was fine, when it arrived at store couple of weeks later it had been charged at the sale price, I dont know if this is the norm, tho Ive shopped with them for years and I seem to remember I ordered a swimsuit one year just before the sale that came to store during sale time and I think that was reduced to sale price too - you could always watch it on your account as once its sent out it should have price by it? Ive never tried to take full price stuff back to store to change it for sale price, but did have a time when I took a (too small) full price school coat back to store during sale time and when they rang up the return they did say 'this has now gone down to xxx, are you sure you dont want it?' so I wonder if they can mark it down for you? may be worth asking at your local store about it perhaps?0 -
what I really wanted was the pink kettle/toaster set, heavily reduced, it was there on the sale list up to couple minutes before my slot started then disappeared, sob!
most of what I had written down had gone, but did get the lemon denim jacket I wanted for me, and dark denim jacket and a skirt for DD, got the Henry Hoover car vac and cufflinks for hubbys stocking, but the boxers etc all gone, but did pretty well!

Ah, I had it delivered to my house - it arrived yesterday!0 -
Those of you who had to pay by card, were you having the items sent to a different address? I had to pay in full by card because I was having the items sent to my parent's because we both work full time there wouldn't be anyone to accept delivery and the courier we tend to get refuses to rearrange delivery for Saturday's.0
