    if quickshop shows number not recognised its sold out, some worked for me... I have a large limit on my account and no payments outstanding an it asked me to pay by card! :o no option to put on account

    I have placed two orders this morning and have received confirmation email but none of the items are in my summary on the actual account. Does anyone know if this means I dont actually have them?

    I think it takes a little while to update - i've nothing on my summary either but have the confirmation email so I presume it's okay!!

    Do they usually refund delivery charges if you've placed a few orders on the same day?

    Yes during a vip slot if you have checked out several times - just phone or email them

    i too had a 7am slot , mananaged to get a couple of bikinis i had my eye on plus 2 petite formal dresses reduced to 20.00 from 65 !! . Really pleased with my order and was quite restrained . off to work now !!
