I remember when I was 14, a few years ago now. I was downstairs on the bus and there was an old dear sitting in front of me. She got up and got off but dropped her purse. I got up, picked up the purse and got off the bus to hand it to her. She snatched it off me and stormed off, not a mutter of a thank you. I wish I hadn't bothered, I then had to walk another 2 stops before I got home, grrr!0
