    Evening all

I also managed to make the telephone call to Virgin Mobile and discovered all of the extra charges (£15 worth, the line rental is only £13!) were due to 08 numbers etc. Need to get a cheap home phone asap!

You could try the website Say No to 0870 (just google it) to get alternative numbers. they don't all work, but it is worth a try :)

Black bins, recycling & food bins out, hoover emptied, DW emptied & restacked, dog fed, showered & breakfasted. Curly P is here this morning. need to pop out to Aldi before Little Miss sunshine gets here. We may pop down to the local park later (weather permitting) as the inflatable stonehenge that is touring the country will be there :) Lets see what they make of that!

Ok. i am going to change now, as i think the crop trousers & flip flops may have been a tad over-optimistic!

    Morning all

I've woken with a stiff neck which is annoying me. I got Osteo today for my knee and elbow so either a great day for it to happen or not! Just having some brekkie so I can take some meds.

    Plan for today:

    Make soup for later
Clean other side of the kitchen plus the floor
Go to Osteo, take something back to Aldi
DS1 wants to go shoppping for a new suit (he'll be paying)
    DS3 cricket match

WM is on, still raining here but forcast is for it to dry up as the day goes on.

Hi Mrs-Bee from another new flyer! It sounds like you are busy enough anyway, with working, cooking, shopping, looking after children. Like the experienced flyers have said: one step at a time.

I find it helps to do one job at a time, maybe do all the sinks, do windowsills, dust every room, Hoover through (we live in a bungalow so only have a ground floor) but flylady has taught me a lot - and it's been said a lot of times - HHC really spurs you on!

Good luck! Only just made breakfast here, throat still sore, but I aim to follow the lists and, luckily, the bathroom only needs level one and I did the medicine box last week.

Pigpen loved your pics! There are only two of us here but I have corners like that. However, mine are 'artfully'(!!) draped in a throw so just look like we've a body stored in a corner!

Good vibes to all and hope this bloomin rain stops soon.

Its a long while since I was on here - but god do babies take up your time :) Back from a wonderful holiday and somehow not got the energy to sort out the house it looks like one giant laundry - doesn't help that when i do sort out my husbands clothes he has no room in his wardrobe - yet tells me every day he doesnt have a shirt for work - reality is he doesn't have the shirt he wants to wear (how irritating). Someone send a rocket in my direction to put up my backside pretty please - I want to live in a clutter free house.....
