Ive been a member of Shop and Scan for quite wel over a year.

Scanning the barcodes, and transmitting them is never a problem, and should i get a prob, either an email or call them on the freephone number is always quick they help me immediately.

It doesnt take long for the points to mount up, and when i do order my vouchers, they always arrive within a week.

I do fact finders and from what everyone has said it's not as good as shop and scan. I've been doing it for over 6 months and to be honest only just have enough for a king size quilt, which would probably have taken a matter of weeks getting vouchers to the equivalent value from shop and scan! I shall stick with it though as it's still something for nothing and I think shop and scan is harder to get invited to!

I'd try emailing shop & scan. I've had probelms in the past uploading or my scanner not working properly and my queries have always been dealt within 48 hours. helpdesk@shopandscan.com

Ive made the mistake of signing up to fact finders-had a look through the booklets etc and im sending it back! The rewards are rubbish, well i should say the points you earn each week aren't much and it'd take ages to earn a 'reward' and then the rewards are expensive for what they are.

Theres too much to do, for little in return. Wish i hadnt bothered now!

Im going to stick with shop and scan-10 weeks (max) = £10 high street voucher for example. Much better!

    keely.

ps-just got a call from them ,they're going to pick it up friday.

    Hi there
I do this with Nsm you have to scan everything you buy and post reciepts weekly, you can view your points online- ive been doing it for 2 months and i have £16 but i worked out i'll probably get £70 a year in total!
it's very easy to do and they provide all the equiptment, i'd say go for it!

Factfinders is so much more hassle than shop and scan - I did FF first for 2 years and I dreaded the weekly shop inthe end so I sent it back - a bonus as I don't get woken up at midnight no longer as well.
