Morning all :hello: Belated Happy Mothers Day wishes to all the mums out there.
I'm in a "Lets get it all done" mood today  BUT I won't.I need some things sorted and I desperately need to go out and about - haven't been anywhere except out for a meal on Saturday evening (Mothers Day meal, I know it was a day early but it did mean we actually got a table and good service
and it was my idea anyway), good job really as DD woke up yesterday looking & feeling dreadful. She's got a stinking cold and it came to a head yesterday. She spent the whole day either on the sofa under her quilt or asleep on our bed (letting her bed air). She's much better for it though today. :j Good thing really as it's parent evening tonight AND she's got a "Dazaling Diva" party tomorrow :rotfl:
Right, my list for today :- Dailies

Morning everyone - another 6am start for me, after a disturbed night. I do miss real sleep pre children. All that sleep deprivation stuff as a form of torture stuff is so true. Not much done yet although I am at least dressed.
Plenty to do here, had a good general clean last night but need to get the dyson out, and have a deep clean in the kitchen and bathroom. I could really do with sorting through the boys toys as they are starting to take over the play room.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -
Right - I am going to do this if it kills me - no downstairs loo though, so that should make life a bit easier.

[STRIKE]Lay fire for this afternoon[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Walk the Betty-dog [/STRIKE]too too cold and miserable - lots of throwing the ball while hanging out washing had to do instead.
Does scowling at the oven count as cleaning it?!
Managed lots and lots of scowling - but will endeavour to do the vinegar on a cloth trick after OH & I have eaten our supper once the wee-ones are tucked away.
Going to have a cup of tea to spur me on to start the kitchen list - DS#2 is asleep in the car amidst the howling winds and snow/hail.
3 loads of washing hung outside - I'm sure I've got frostbite but missed my window of oppportunity of getting it in blown ironing-dry cos I was late picking up DS#1 - drove home in major blizzard, but I'm hoping that by 6.30 it might be in a reasonable state to be brought in.
Evening plans- the most enormous mountain of ironing I've ever seen. Thank goodness for Corrie!!Is it home time yet?0 -

Good morning everyone!
I'm 'visiting' here today - I work full time, but am off today as still recovering from a yukky cold, plus stressed out at work, but that's another story!
I need to make good use of my time today - need to sort out the dumping ground that is our study.
There are currently two piles of paperwork to be filed / binned / actionned, plus other piles of 'stuff' that need to be sorted and put wherever they belong.
I *know* I'll feel better once I've started, but seriously don't want to do it!!
I think I'm going to do the Flylady 15mins, then take a break for 15, and so on, but any other ideas??
Thanks for reading!!0 -
Morning lovelies! :hello:
((((((((((bebee))))))))) x
This is my last week with the internet *sulks* suddenly throwing a strop at Virgin Media and telling them to take it all out doesn't seem very clever *sigh*Oh well, OH says he's getting it put in but when is a different matter so I'm gonna c&p this weeks challenges into notepad and use that until he does.
The kitchen yay! my favourite room, doesn't need much of a going over but will anyway as I love doing it, except the window it takes a chair and much kneeling on the sink/worktops to do it so I don't wanna, I'll see how I feel later on
