    They are fobbing you off. Your flight was clearly cancelled and not delayed. Therefore the high court stay and the BA/TUI/easyjet case is irrelevant. You need to write back to them stating this and also stating you will be taking this further if needed.

    In the meantime have a look at https://www.flightmole.com a forum dealing only with this subject. A lot of people there will point you in the right direction with regards to next steps.

    $1200 each travel vouchers is a nice offer but do not accept if it's not right for you. Keep going for the €600.
