So they are increasing my Line rental by £1.20. I suppose it's still cheaper then BT. Not sure If even they let me leave without penalty where do I go to?
Any advise?

Who would you recommend we switch to then?
Are you not covered by this?
I am going to call them as I have just received my first bill and require some clarification, I will keep you posted:)

And yes, their Customer Services are appalling... they originally accepted my order in error and never actually got round to telling me that they couldn't provide the service that I had paid for, until I rang up to query something a few days before they were due to install it...
I switched to Primus only last month (16th May) on the proviso I would be paying £8.99, so to find out they're going to increase it by 12% - which I have to pay for the next 16/17 months - is scandalous.
Is there nothing that can be done to halt this? I know in the past that some telecoms companies have allowed customers to cancel their contracts if any price increase is deemed to be of "detrimental effect"?
It's a phone line, why would you need customer service?
