Sorry, I must be thick today but I just don't understand the reason for this request. Whilst there may have been some doubt about the OP by one or two posters, all the rest have posted with helpful comments or questions as to why the OP failed to follow the advice. The main doubt was to the reason for a court claim from a solicitor. Can anyone elaborate please?MSE_Andrea wrote: »Hi
So you don't potentially scare genuine newbies away please reply as though they are genuine and report any suspicions to the Forum Team to investigate.
Thank you

I've just read the thread again, no one appears to imply that Rosie is not genuine, only that we appear to be lacking in necessary information necessary to help, and that there are anomolies in the information provided.
EDIT: Sorry, just seen the edited post on page 1. That's only one post though.
I am a member on PePiPoo and I haven't seen Rosie's thread on there.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
Also, isn't the short time-scale rather worrying?What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I too am a bit intrigued though about why she should say that she has posted on pepipoo when this doesn't seem to be the case.
There is a profile for a rosie1965 who joined on 28/6/2012 (and who has been on the site today) but she has started no threads and made no posts. A search for 'Trethowans' and 'Aintree' turns up nothing new either.
Of course, she might still be genuine but just too intimidated or frightened of being told off for being daft enough to let them get a judgment against her.
I'd like to think that no one at a solicitors firm or within a hospital trust would be stupid enough to post up a bogus thread just to waste the time of contributors but I suppose you never know . . . .0 -
Perhaps Rosie confused 'register' for 'post'.
Rosie, if you are reading this, Trethowans are awfully unpopular, and there are people on here (and probably even moreso) on PePiPoo, who would like nothing more than to see you get one over on them.
Please start a thread on there, on the private ticket forum, help will appear.Je Suis Cecil.0 -

It wouldn't be the first time that a PPC has filed court papers at the last minute, in order to try and get a default judgement. VCS vs. Ronald Ibbotson immediately springs to mind. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

I posted a private message to Alexis, he did reply. I have not given too much info because you say PPC look at these threads to try to catch people out. I dont know how to post the CC form on here.0

Esmerobbo, thank you. I will prob just pay it now. Still not sure whether it is from the court or not cos it says make payment to the solicitor and specifically asks not to send payment to the court.0

That's normal you pay the creditor not the court. However make sure you get a receipt.0
