Actually, I can see that one - I sell jewellery-making findings and someone returned a pack of 10 charm bracelet bases to me a few months ago. They'd been in her house less than two days and they REEKED of cigarette smoke, I had to bin them :mad:0 -

I can't believe how many times buyers say they 'think' something to be true about the item. This is sometimes reasonable but often it's just plain laziness. For example, "don't know the size but looking at it I think it's about a metre by a metre and a half."
