£29.75 eBay to add that's hit my account.
Did a bootsale yesterday and made £69. Nothing compared to the totals here though, goodness me!!! I was THRILLED, £55 of it was mine, the rest my boyfriend's. We sold loads of stuff (he was able to fit a large piece of furniture he bought in the car AND we had space left over from a packed car first thing), HE is so motivated to do more and looking around his bedroom for more to sell (hm....maybe I could convince him to do one this Sunday too....), I didn't go visit any other stalls so didn't spend anything, and most importantly, I managed to get a nice little tan going on.
I'm not going to count the bootsale money until I put it in my bank (probably Wednesday).
My total so far this month is £290.96. A little away from my £465 goal but still £290 more than I had before!I like to make money
Best wins: £3,000 luxury holiday, holiday in Cornwall, £250 Murad Skincare hamper, angle grinder
:j Make £10 a day challenger - it pays for trips to Florida! :j

Just come back from the bank after paying ambrose wilson and the money into my overdraft, and you will never beleive it they told me i was running my account so well ( i have not actually been out of the overdraft for over 3 years) that they wondered if I would like to consider any of their borrowing products as the computer was showing i am eligible for a credit card!!! I politely declined and almost ran out of the shop.0

well it's not technically a saving as it wasted time instead - however i needed eye drops, and was willing to up to £15 for them - 2 lots.
however I was unable to get one lot from any chemist so i had to get the train to meadow hell instead. (where I was entitled to them for free after my eye surgery)...
so I saved £11....
When it comes to cex and music magpie how long do they take to send cheques for the DVD's you send them - I seem to have been waiting ages...
and also MEH!!!!!!!!!
I was in an accident in February, and have had an offer of £1'000 compensation - (I wasn't going after anything until I was told that I will probably have to have surgery on my hand and that will lead to six weeks off work).
I'm soooo torn. I really need £1'000 but if I take it then it won't even cover my sick pay, as I think that I have to pay my work back, and I'm not entitled to six weeks off anyway...
But £1'000 - big shiny cheque.....

Sorry nimbo. Who is offering the grand? Work?
And why you have to pay work back and why could you not have the time to recover.0 -
No it's compensation from the car insurance company (friend was driving someone drive into us from behind) - and I'm not entitled to 6 weeks off work yet (paid) - so I think that if I get compo, and then have time off I have to pay them back for the time they'll pay me for....
It's just so very tempting.

they won't pay you for the time off, if you are not yet qualified for it, ie they will put you on statutory sick pay, which gets paid by govt, not them. So go ahead and claim the grand.0 -
does anyone know if I can exchange PS3 Tour of Duty 3 game in anywhere and if so, how much I may get for it? someone selling on FB, but don't want to buy if not worth it. it is a bit of a trek to them.0

i'm entitled to 27 days so i think i'll have to pay them back for them which will be nearly the full grand as i'm part time.
it's just the thought of having that much fo a chunk that i can pay off in one go...
